Membership of the YVODC is open to to all those who enjoyed commissioned service with The Regiment.

The principal event in our calendar is the ANNUAL OFFICERS' DINNER, held at Worsley Barracks, Fulford Road, York; remembered by most as HQ. 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Volunteers, but nowadays known as HQ. 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment.

Former officers are welcome to attend our annual dinner, which provides the opportunity of dining with friends in familiar surroundings, to the  accompaniment of the Yorkshire Volunteers Band.

The other regular event is the ANNUAL REGIMENTAL SERVICE, held at the Yorkshire Volunteers Regimental Chapel (St. Cuthbert's Chapel) in York Minster.

Our next Regimental Service is Saturday 24th October 2010, at 1500hrs. Further details can be obtained from the YVODC Secretary

The next YVODC Dinner is Saturday 17th April 2010, 1900hrs for 1930hrs. Further details can be obtained from the YVODC Secretary
