Membership of the YVODC is open to to all those who enjoyed commissioned service with The Regiment.

The principal event in our calendar was the ANNUAL OFFICERS' DINNER, held at Worsley Barracks, Fulford Road, York; remembered by most as HQ. 2nd Battalion Yorkshire Volunteers, but nowadays known as HQ. 4th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment.

Former officers were welcome to attend the annual dinner, which provided the opportunity of dining with friends in familiar surroundings, to the  accompaniment of the Yorkshire Volunteers Band.

The ANNUAL REGIMENTAL SERVICE, is held at the Yorkshire Volunteers Regimental Chapel (St. Cuthbert's Chapel) in York Minster.
